My practice concentrates on transactional real estate matters and on commercial collection and complex commercial and real estate litigation disputes involving private companies, partnerships and individuals.

Having been a practicing attorney since 2001 I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation matters. I represent real estate developers, architects and contractors in connection with construction disputes; sellers and purchasers of real estate in breach of contract and specific performance claims; condominiums relating to construction defects; disputes between current and former business partners; individuals in connection with accounting and legal malpractice claims; but perhaps best of all, I help my clients COLLECT money. Over the years, I have helped retailers, contractors, medical practices, universities, finance and leasing companies, banks, casinos, hospitals, medical groups, businesses of all types as well as individuals recover money.

I also represent purchasers and sellers of residential properties, including condominiums, cooperative apartments, single and multi-family homes. I am a preferred attorney with many of the real estate brokerage firms in New York City. I also have extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, representing both landlords and tenants in commercial acquisitions and leasing.

Small to mid-size businesses are also clients in connection with sale of business, shareholder/operating agreements, non-disclosure and non-solicitation agreements, purchaser and sale agreements for goods and services and also general contract preparation and review.

I received my J.D., with honors, from New York Law School, where I served as an articles editor for the Journal of Human Rights. I received my B.S. in political science from New York University and I am admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
